All prices are in US dollars and payable in US funds only.
At this time, the only form of payment we accept are: money orders, cashiers checks, and checks drawn from US banks or Currency Exchanges, Paypal and credit cards from: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
All money orders, cashiers checks, and checks need to clear the bank first before any product will ship out. This can take 3 to 14 business days.
If your credit card declines or you accidentally entered the wrong number(s), and we can not get an approval, we will contact you by e-mail. If you do not respond within 3 business days we will try to call you. We will hold your order for 5 business days. If we can not contact you after the 5th day, we will cancel the order, and put the merchandise back in stock.
If merchandise is discontinued or out of stock, this will be available to view online while you are shopping. Along with the approximate in stock due date for items temporarily out of stock.
We will ship in-stock merchandise within 2 to 8 business days, and backordered items as they become available. Or you can wait for all items to ship together. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, additional shipping fees will apply for backordered items. The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent.
Items ordered at the same time may not be shipped in the same box, or depending on availability, on the same date.
If you need to make changes to your order after you already clicked "Submit", e-mail us immediately. As long as the order has not gotten too far along in processing, we should be able to modify it for you.
After you have submitted your order, you will be given your order confirmaiton. Print your order confirmation and save it for your records. A copy of your order confirmation will also be e-mailed to you.
You will be notified by e-mail when your package ships. The e-mail will include a tracking number. Tracking information may not be available until the following business day.
Sales tax is only calculated if your order is being shipped in Illinois 10.25% and Indiana 7%.
