Return Policy

Refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.

Conditions for returns:
Any merchandise returned must be in new and original condition, unwashed, unworn, with packaging still sealed, tags still attached if applicable, and with no indication of use.  That also consists of any type of scent, either of lotions, perfume, cigarette/cigar, food etc.  No exceptions.  If you return any merchandise in used condition, the package will be sent back to you at your expense.

No returns on movies, games and tattoos that are opened, custom pieces, limited editions, and for hygienic reasons: eyelashes, and make-up, including fangs. 

Clearance and some sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.  All sales final on clearance and select sale merchandise.

Shipping charges:
We cannot guarantee that all merchandise you order will be in stock at any one time.  If an order requires more than one delivery from original order, customer will pay half the cost of any additional delivery fees.  Or we can deliver all items together when they are all in stock.

The original shipping cost is not reimbursed on refunds or exchanges.  All shipping charges for refunds or exchanges sent to us must be pre paid by customer.  We do not accept COD deliveries.  If exchanging merchandise, the shipping for new items, are at the expense of the customer.

We cannot guarantee that the exchange merchandise you wish to receive will be available at the time your request is processed.  If this happens, we will notify you.  You can either wait for the merchandise to become available again, or pick a different item, or a refund.

Defects or wrong items:
We inspect all of our merchandise for defects, but we or the manufacturer are not perfect.  If your merchandise has a manufacturer defect, or we shipped you the wrong merchandise, we will cover the cost to ship it back to us, for a refund of exchange.  When exchanging merchandise for a similar item, we will send the replacement (if available) with no additional shipping charges for the customer.  If your replacement is larger or heavier than the original package, the additional shipping cost will be charged to the customer. 

Order errors:
If an exchange or return is requested for items because of a change of mind, or order error made by the customer, there will be a 15% restocking fee.



Received damaged:
If you received damaged merchandise as a result of a crushed, broken or ripped box, please contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier used and instruct you on how to proceed with the return.  Please, NOT SHIP the merchandise back, prior to contacting us. 

Refusing delivery:
When a UPS package is refused, UPS charges the merchant, (us) money for the refusal and it's expensive.  If you refuse delivery of the UPS package due to some error on our part, (we will notify you ahead of time) we will refund your shipping.  If the refusal is because of a change of mind or anything else, on the customer's part, then we will refund the customer the price of the merchandise MINUS the extra refusal delivery charge.

Shipping return instructions:
To return your purchase, complete the return form that shipped with your order, and follow the instructions below.

  1. Pack the merchandise securely in the original package, if possible, along with its packing materials.  
    Please do not return merchandise in envelopes.  Packaging this way may damage items during the shipping process.  You are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.
  2. Mail the return form with your returned merchandise.
  3. Write in your name and address on the pre-printed return label.
  4. Remove orginal shipping label and other labels on the box, and affix the pre-printed return label on the box.
  5. Please mail either via UPS ground, or for small boxes less than 1 cubic foot (less than 36" in total dimention of box) the US Post office.  For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package and obtain a receipt from the carrier as proof of return.  We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.  Ground, first class or priority mail is fine.  There is no need to send it express, 2nd day or other costly service.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of our receiving your returned product.
